Ted was born in the fast lane, if one exists in nature. To these days he is moving accordingly. He thinks faster that he can speak, and has little tolerance when dealing with slow people.

I saw Ted working intensely for hours without breaks, focused on the screen of is laptop, apparently not aware of noise, the passing of time, hunger, thirst or sleep.

He comes from England, but I met him in Perth, Australia. He claims, however, to live in the Philippines. I would not be surprised if next year, at this time Ted watches the sundown in Caracas with a drink in his hand, and the year after sends me his photo, working with his laptop, from Israel.

It seems that money his the least of his problems. At times, I guess, he may have been without a penny, but I am positively sure he has never felt poor. He treats money as a commodity, drawing from his bank account what it takes to gets what he wants, and spends it without second thoughts. 

Physically, Ted is lean and mean. He walks like a Puma, ready to leap if a gazelle comes into view. Warning to all gazelles out there: watch out, Ted may in your area, regardless of where you are, day or night.
